About Our Lodge
Lents Lodge No. 156, AF&AM, has served the Lents neighborhood of Southeast Portland since the early twentieth century. Our lodge building, built in 1909, has stood as a home for Freemasonry in this community for well over a hundred years.
We are chartered under the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Oregon and are proud to carry on the traditions of fellowship, integrity, and service that have defined Freemasonry for generations.
In the fall of 2025, after years of discussion, Lents Lodge No. 156 and Cornerstone Lodge No. 157 voted to consolidate — Cornerstone on September 8th, and Lents on October 9th. The consolidation brought together two lodges with overlapping histories and shared values, expanding the brotherhood of Lents Lodge to nearly 200 Master Masons. In recognition of Cornerstone Lodge and the lodges that preceded it, our building was renamed the Cornerstone Masonic Center of Lents. Their histories are now woven into ours, and most importantly, so is the brotherhood those lodges built, which we carry forward with deep reverence and gratitude.
